This stuff works it helps with pain no doubt. However, I do stretches in the AM and in the afternoon which helps as well. I take 2 of these in the morning and 2 at night. Since I have started taking these my pain has went from a 10 to a 3. It is no quick fix to sciatica it takes time for it to heal. But this no doubt makes it bearable and you have less pain.

I have used my first bottle. Used it pretty religiously at first noticed a difference within 48 hours!!!! I slacked off after feeling so good for over a month and started skipping days, not intentionally, I just forgot. I would notice the pain coming back within days! This product has helped me tremendously with my butt & leg pain. I was taking black seed oil before & that also helped. The black seed oil made it manageable but I still had to take Motrin. Without the black seed oil the Motrin wouldn’t even help. I didn’t want to keep taking the Motrin everyday so I was in search for something else & found this. I’ve been taking it about 4 days now. I felt relief the second day!! The third day I went the entire day without any pain pills!! This was the answer to my problem!!
