Benfotiamine

A 2005,randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, two-center pilot study conducted by scientists at Halle Medical Center in the International Journal of Clinical Pharmacology found that patients experienced a significant improvement in neuropathy scores and had no side effects when given benfotiamine compared to placebo-treated patients.
